Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will give you full control over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, configure mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mails based on specific rules defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Just choose the mailbox you wish to forward emails from, then select the destination e-mail box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will do everything else.
